Board of Directors
The Community Swim Team Board of Directors is a group of dedicated parent volunteers who work together to support the overall success of the team. The board is responsible for organizing and overseeing key aspects of the program, including team operations, finances, communications, and events. They collaborate with coaches to ensure a positive, safe, and well-managed environment for all swimmers.
As parent volunteers, board members contribute their time and skills to help the team run smoothly, from coordinating meets and team activities to managing registrations and technology. Their efforts help build a strong sense of community while ensuring that the swim team remains organized, inclusive, and focused on providing a fun and rewarding experience for every participant.
