Hampton Park Hammerheads Inclement Weather Protocol In the event of inclement weather, all reasonable efforts will be made to conduct the meet in a safe and timely fashion. Hampton Park’s pool management company (Swim Club Management Group) rules prevail when determining if it is safe to conduct the meet . Swim Club Management Group will provide guidance to each team’s Parent Representatives if the pool and/or pool deck must be cleared and for how long. Swim Club Management Group has established protocols to follow and adherence to those rules is non-negotiable. If the meet is unable to continue, the team representatives will discuss if feasible to reschedule.
