This is a bit of a longer message, but it includes several important updates and upcoming dates for the season - please take a few minutes to read through everything carefully!

🏊 Coach in Training (CIT) InformationIf you have a swimmer interested in being a CIT (formerly called a Junior Coach), please make sure you complete BOTH of the following:• Submit the CIT Sign up Form• Complete the CIT Information form

All swimmers wishing to serve as a CIT must:✔️ Be officially signed up✔️ Attend CIT training with HPST coaches✔️ Provide their schedule availability on the information form

⏰ Important: CIT sign-ups will close on 6/5/2025.

🍽️ Upcoming Fundraiser NightsSupport HPST while enjoying dinner or a sweet treat with your family! Be sure to mention you are supporting HPST when ordering.

💻 Parent Zoom Meeting — 5/28/2026 at 8 PMWe will be hosting a quick but informative parent meeting via Zoom for ALL HPST families. The meeting should last approximately 30 minutes.

We ask that at least one parent/guardian from each family attend. A Zoom link will be sent closer to the meeting date next week.

📋 Team Service Sign-Ups Open 5/29/2026 at 0800 AMTeam service/job sign-ups for all meets will open the day after the parent meeting.

Please review the Team Service Requirements section on SwimTopia before sign-ups open so you are familiar with the available positions and requirements.

📸 Social Media Photo Opt-OutThroughout the season, we love sharing team photos, swimmer highlights, and fun HPST moments on social media! This may include photos of HPST swimmers.

If you would prefer that your child NOT be photographed or included on social media, please complete the Photo Photo Opt-Out Form.
